Position Overview


Deliver exceptional customer service and administrative assistance to the Auditor/Treasurer in various domains including banking, investments, property taxation, electoral processes, passport services, records management, inventory control, tax forfeiture, and procedural documentation.


Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience in public service agencies is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential, facilitating effective interactions with colleagues, elected officials, management, and the public. The ability to collaborate within a team setting is required.

Minimum Qualifications


A high school diploma along with two years of post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; or a comparable combination of education and experience.


Technical Competencies

Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications is necessary. The capability to quickly learn position-specific software is also required.
