Position Title: Custom Applicator

Position Summary: In the role of Custom Applicator, you will operate under the supervision of the Location Manager/Crop Sales Specialist. Your responsibilities will include the delivery of products, recognizing sales prospects, applying fertilizers and protective agents, conducting field inspections, collecting soil samples, and ensuring the upkeep of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products to clients in accordance with company protocols
  • Relay sales opportunities to your supervisor
  • Mix and apply products based on prescribed rates
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment as necessary
  • Scout agricultural fields and document observations
  • Gather soil samples and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an applicator or relevant training
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with computers
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
