About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead Salesforce initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Proven ability to work in an agile environment alongside DevOps teams, developers, and architects is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Administration: Manage daily administration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce ecosystem, including managing users, roles, profiles, data integrity, reporting, security, and configuration.
  • Solution Design and Optimization: Use advanced Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge to design and implement efficient, customer-centric solutions that drive productivity and engagement.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Leverage strong analytical skills to identify root causes of organizational issues, assess potential impacts, and develop alternative solutions that align with business interests.
  • CPQ Specialist: Configure and optimize Zuora CPQ to support complex pricing models and streamlined quoting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in sales operations.
  • Process Automation: Develop and deploy workflows, validation rules, and custom flows to automate key business processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • One or more of the following: Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and CPQ Specialist Certifications.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Proven ability to work in an agile environment alongside DevOps teams, developers, and architects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and security protocols.
