As a Registered Nurse at IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities. You will work closely with residents, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety, and promoting a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.

• Providing expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Working closely with residents, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Ensuring patient safety and promoting a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families

• Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Graduation from an approved nursing program
• At least 1 year of experience (RN or similar role)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
