Ironworker Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to join our team at Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a leading engineering and construction company in the natural gas, natural gas liquids, and petrochemical industries.

• Lead a team of ironworkers in the assembly and installation of structural steel
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry best practices
• Coordinate with rigging teams and crane operators to execute complex lifts
• Assess and mitigate potential safety and environmental risks
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• At least 2 years of experience as a foreman or supervisor
• Knowledge of crane signals and hand signals
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong leadership and safety management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions

• Previous experience in a gas plant construction environment
• At least 5 years of experience as an ironworker foreman
• At least 5 years of experience as an ironworker
• Leadership experience in safety and risk management
