Tax Associate

As a Tax Associate at H&R Block, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional tax services to our clients. You will work closely with our expert team to provide tax training and support, and have the opportunity to earn incentive pay if you meet certain criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
• Grow your tax expertise

Requirements:

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools, video, phone, and chat
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing
• Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma/equivalent or higher
