Endoscopy Nurse PRN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endoscopy Nurse PRN to join our team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. As a leading provider of healthcare services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients undergoing gastrointestinal and pulmonary endoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full-service, comprehensive tertiary diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal and pulmonary endoscopic care to patients from age 12 to geriatric.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Utilize nursing process for individual care to meet the needs of patients.
  • Demonstrate expertise in technical skills and procedures, including endoscopy and bronchoscopy.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN License, in good standing: either TN RN license or compact licensure.
  • High acuity experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
