Job Summary

Granite State Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inspector Class A to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the conformance of our products to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and verify dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces
  • Measure and record dimensions, angles, and other specifications
  • Verify conformance of finished work pieces to specifications
  • Identify and document any defects or non-conformities
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements
  • Two-year certification from college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to manually operate and set up Mitutoyo CMM's
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
