Facility Overview:
The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fulfill a travel role, providing care across various locations within a specified radius from your home. This position offers competitive compensation, mileage reimbursement, and the flexibility of no contractual obligations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles in diverse clinical settings.
- Provide compassionate care while ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while documenting resident interactions and care outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Counsel residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician.
- Participate in the assessment of residents and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with a valid LPN license.
- Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
- Must possess the necessary competencies and certifications as required by the department.
