Job SummaryWe are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in the Denver Metro Area. As a Physical Therapist, you will perform initial and ongoing evaluations, implement treatment plans, and provide therapy and treatment to patients in their homes or communities.
Responsibilities- Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in accordance with APTA standards and state regulations.
- Implement treatment plans and adjust as needed based on patient progress.
- Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to patients' lives and well-being.
- Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and current level of function, setting goals to improve in these areas.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional knowledge and experience through ongoing education and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current licensure (or provisional license) with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Physical Therapy required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with patients and colleagues.
- Passion and expertise for delivering world-class therapy services.
