Marketing Campaign Optimization Lead
About the Opportunity:
The American Water Resources LLC is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Optimization Lead to drive growth through Direct Mail Strategy. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization, as well as a strong understanding of data analysis and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive growth and meet business objectives, leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to inform strategy and optimize results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, including creative development, production, and delivery, and conduct regular campaign analysis and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
• Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Strategic Partnerships Group and Marketing Operations, to ensure effective alignment and coordination across teams, and provide regular progress updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Utilize A/B testing, experimentation, and other methodologies to continually optimize and improve campaign performance, driving continuous improvement and innovation, and leveraging data insights to identify areas for process improvements.
Requirements:
- • 7+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, with a focus on campaign planning, execution, and optimization, as well as a strong understanding of data analysis and presentation.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, driving growth and revenue, and achieving business objectives, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and insights to inform marketing decisions, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Estimated Salary:$140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
