Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team at DARCARS Automotive Group.
About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales consultants, and achieving monthly sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet departmental goals.
- Manage and motivate sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management.
- Automotive sales experience required.
- 2+ years BMW experience preferred.
- Automotive Mastermind experience required.
- Experience managing groups and teams.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
