Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team at DARCARS Automotive Group.

About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales consultants, and achieving monthly sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet departmental goals.
  • Manage and motivate sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns and promotions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management.
  • Automotive sales experience required.
  • 2+ years BMW experience preferred.
  • Automotive Mastermind experience required.
  • Experience managing groups and teams.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
