About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Server to join our team at VIRginia International Raceway. As a Catering Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to patrons in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information to guests about menu items and make recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of state liquor regulations and ability to identify when a guest has had too much to drink
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
