Soccer Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Instructor to join our team at Soccer Shots - Connecticut. As a Youth Soccer Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer instruction to children aged 2-8.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $20 per session, with opportunities to earn additional income through field training and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality soccer instruction to children aged 2-8
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and facility staff
• Communicate effectively with Soccer Shots leadership team
• Meet attendance and punctuality requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Experience working with children aged 2-8
• Ability to engage and interact with a group of up to twelve children
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
