UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team in Denver, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiology Technician to perform various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of medical imaging principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviews patient history, physician's orders, and schedules procedures.
  • Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice.
  • Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.
  • Positions patients and performs imaging procedures.
  • Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
