Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement standardized work processes to improve productivity and quality.

Mentor and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

Resolve workflow problems and improve use of personnel and material resources.

Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes.

Support problem resolution with cross-functional teams, including Quality and Engineering.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven 3+ years' experience in production and previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
