Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Direct and supervise warehouse personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient receipt of merchandise, including coordinating with vendors and logistics providers.
  • Warehouse Safety and Maintenance: Ensure a safe and clean work environment, conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining equipment to prevent accidents and downtime.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Working Conditions

The Overnight Receiving Operations Manager will work in a warehouse environment, frequently exposed to moderate to noisy conditions. The position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 20 pounds, and to stand, walk, reach, climb, or balance for extended periods.
