Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric services to clients, including diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of mental health clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care to provide evidence-based treatment.
- Board Certification in Psychiatry
- Clean and unrestricted Alabama medical license
- At least 2 years of experience working in outpatient care
- Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness
