As a member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile national campaigns, promotions, and product launches that will drive growth and increase market share.

You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a small internal marketing team, fostering a culture of focus, accountability, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and increase market share.
  • Manage external contract marketing resources, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and at a high standard.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, content strategy, and social media growth.
  • Direct national campaigns, promotions, and product launches to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing manager role within the CPG industry or a creative director role in an agency serving CPG clients.
  • Strong digital marketing background, including experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage high-impact national marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing and coordinating contract marketing resources for specialized projects.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
