Job Summary

The Clinical Manager RN will oversee the implementation, delivery, and coordination of home health services. This role requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
  • Monitor and manage quality assurance data and performance improvement activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Participate in clinical administrative on-call rotation and assist with creating, updating, and tracking schedules.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited RN program.
  • Minimum of 5 years RN experience in a supervisory role.
  • At least two years home health experience.

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations

  • Current RN State of Florida licensure.
  • Current driver's license and valid auto insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
