We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Employment Specialist to join our team at Living Innovations Support Services LLC. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with finding meaningful employment opportunities that match their skills and aptitudes.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate Relationships with local business owners and managers to identify and create employment opportunities for individuals.
- Job Development and Placement activities on behalf of supported individuals, including implementing employment plans and documenting activities relevant to the individual plan.
- Stakeholder Meetings to identify opportunities and make recommendations to the individual's teams.
- Documentation and Reporting of activities, including completing monthly reports and weekly WROCs as needed.
- Promote a Safe Work Environment for all individuals, while role modeling Living Innovations' mission and values.
