Organizational Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Organizational Consultant to join our team at Closets by Design of West Michigan.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to help them maximize their storage space and create a more organized living environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting in-home consultations, and designing customized storage solutions.

You will also be expected to work closely with our production team to ensure seamless execution of projects.

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' needs and preferences
• Design and present customized storage solutions to clients
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely project completion
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle

• 2+ years of experience in sales or design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year
