Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive security solutions to our customers.

About the Role

The main purpose of this exciting role is to enable sales of our full product and service portfolio by providing our customers with proof points conveying our comprehensive security position. You will be responsible for strengthening Ericsson's capability to sell, deliver, and develop solutions that optimally meet our customer's security needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be part of a great team, with diverse security and privacy skillset where you continuously will learn, be supported, and grow.
  2. Proactively establish yourself as a trusted security advisor towards the customer and internal partners.
  3. Give security advice to Ericsson Customer Units (CU) and other decision-makers.
  4. Serve as the key contact between the Customer and Ericsson regarding Security, Privacy, and BCM.
  5. Ensure the Customer's Security and privacy concerns are identified, understood, acknowledged, addressed, and accurately reflected in the contract.
  6. Support in both the pre-sales and post-sales capacity, assessing the customers' requirements and advising our customers on the correct solutions or services that meet their expectations.
  7. Advise customers in a wide range of security domains, including risk assessment, governance, data management, product privacy, product security hardening, ISO 27001 security controls and procedures, and vulnerability assessment.
  8. Drive project delivery and gap closure by analyzing customer technology, defining business requirements, and participating in risk analysis.
Requirements
  1. Ability to lead internal security projects effectively, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on management.
  2. Strong relationship management skills, enabling effective coordination between internal and external cybersecurity teams and key stakeholders.
  3. Ability to communicate security and compliance expertise to both internal and external audiences, supporting Ericsson's security posture to key decision-makers.
  4. Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical area. Master's preferred.
  5. 8-10 years' experience in cybersecurity.
  6. Domain expertise in telecom industry and/or IoT, including confirmed experience working with product security, privacy, and general cybersecurity.
  7. Understanding of solution security aspects applicable to the telco space.
  8. Understanding of the context of local security-based regulation within the communication space.
  9. Knowledge of security frameworks, assurance schemes, and regulations.
  10. Solid communication and presentation skills (in written and spoken English) with international and social competence.
