Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Be knowledgeable of kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
  • Take initiative to complete training and follow all recipes and procedures.
  • Follow all safety, OSHA, Health Dept, and Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership.
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
