SSM Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of assigned staff across multiple modalities in Imaging. This is a full-time day shift position at St. Anthony Hospital Midwest in Oklahoma.

• Determine and coordinate daily staffing assignments and levels to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff on performance expectations, providing input for hiring and termination procedures.
• Coordinate patient care with other team members to ensure desired patient outcomes.
• Assist with quality control testing, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Create work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Perform diagnostics of system performance issues.
• Ensure adequate supply levels and perform quarterly audits of supply closets.
• May perform duties of a Technologist as department staffing levels require.

• Graduate of radiology program with CT Certification.
• Three years' experience, with 2 years in a CT lead position preferred.

• Constant standing and walking.

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent lifting/moving of patients.

• Occasional use of vision to identify and distinguish colors.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
