Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU department. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess and manage critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions or comorbidities requiring sophisticated organ support and invasive monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Current RN License in Wisconsin or Compact RN License where applicable.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- 1-2 years of recent relevant nursing experience in ICU or Critical Care.

- A 13-week contract with the possibility of extension.
- A NOC shift available.
