Employment Type: Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sanitation Duties: Accountable for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel common areas. Responsible for restocking housekeeping supplies and linens. Ensures timely delivery of housekeeping items to guest accommodations.

2. Customer Care: Focused on guest satisfaction regarding housekeeping services. Responds to guest requests promptly and positively, delivering top-notch service. Collaborates with team members to meet guest and departmental needs, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

3. Health and Safety Compliance: Maintains a clean and secure work environment in accordance with company policies and local regulations. Reports maintenance issues and is knowledgeable about the safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Familiar with emergency procedures and protocols.

4. Self-Management: Effectively organizes and prioritizes work tasks to meet productivity standards. Adheres to company policies regarding attendance, grooming, and workplace conduct. Participates in required training and meetings, ensuring proper use of equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED is preferred.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is advantageous. Must demonstrate attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull weights up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.

- Significant bending and physical activity are required.
