Job Summary:

Hamilton Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week travel assignment in Medford, OR. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, with expertise in post-heart cath recovery, patient management, and long-term ventilated patients. The ideal candidate will also have experience with swan ganz catheters and vasoactive medication titration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting
  • Manage patients with complex medical conditions, including post-op day 1 open heart surgery patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and perform procedures as needed
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
  • Current Oregon License
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • ARRT, CRT, and other relevant certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
