About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at WellSpan Health Services. As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with anesthesiologists to ensure excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia plans
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Administer anesthesia medications and monitor patients' responses to ensure safe and effective care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
