Competitive CompensationWe provide a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, with the potential for total earnings exceeding $120,000 through our performance-based incentive plan.
About the RoleThis Medical Care Specialist will deliver evidence-based medical care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive plans of care. Responsibilities include:
- Examining and treating chronic and urgent illnesses, minor injuries, and other health conditions
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
- Collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to maintain accurate patient records
- Providing referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications
