Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Step Down Unit
">Description: Aureus Medical Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a step-down unit position at Franciscan Alliance Indianapolis Campus.
">We are looking for an experienced RN to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical environment. As a step-down unit nurse, you will be responsible for caring for patients who require close monitoring and intervention, often with complex medical needs.

- You will have the chance to work on a 30-bed unit with a low patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring that you can provide personalized attention to each patient.">
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a step-down unit or critical care setting, with strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.">

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- RN license in Indiana or eligible for licensure by compact.">
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.">
- At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting, preferably in a step-down unit or critical care environment.">
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.">
