Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing hundreds of brands across various retail locations, executing a variety of retail merchandising activities, and driving sales growth for our clients.

• Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom of stores to ensure product is displayed on the floor.
• Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best.
• Receive and install marketing and promotional materials at your home and bring them to the store.
• Display set up and maintenance for a variety of products throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas based on client needs.
• Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent our clients in retail stores within your assigned area.

• Enjoy working independently in stores most of the time while building and maintaining relationships with store associates and managers.
• Owning your stores and being the face of our company as you visit stores on behalf of our clients.
• Effectively communicating with store associates, store managers, and our team members.
• Leveraging the support of our merchandising team nationwide through closed social media groups and communication channels.
• Contacting our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
• Completing work within the provided timeframe.
• Closely following detailed instructions to ensure we get it right the first time.
• Reporting your work the same day you complete it.
