Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA / Nurse Assistant - LTC to join our team at vTech Solution. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in our long-term care setting.

About the Role

This 13-week contract opportunity offers a chance to work with a variety of adult patients with different diagnoses. We require candidates with at least 1 year of experience in long-term care, as well as those who are open to floating between units within their skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and personal care
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervisors
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

  • Active CNA certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in long-term care
  • Ability to float between units within your skill set
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
