Job Title: Engineering Director

Collette Travel Service Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead our technology team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our organization and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our next-generation products and pricing applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions
  • Advocate for technical excellence and establish best practices
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster their growth and development

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in managing an engineering team
  • Proficiency in API design and development, cloud engineering, and Azure services
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers
