Tenant Experience Specialist

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Tenant Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement experiential programming and events to enhance the tenant experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors to provide services that enhance the building's experience program
  • Manage events budget and track actual spend
  • Plan and execute all building events, including get-to-knows, contests, tenant appreciation, promotions, giveaways, health fairs, charitable drives, community involvement, and philanthropic efforts
  • Develop and maintain a tenant network and database to promote campus amenities and programming
  • Creates and produces visual marketing for e-blasts, digital screens, lobby posters, flyers, etc.
  • Develops social media following to promote asset's brand identity through Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Document and escalate maintenance and facilities issues through the proper channels
  • Assist Property Management team in obtaining all necessary COIs and vendor contracts for events/programs
  • Set up focus groups to gain insight into tenant desires for events and gauge their opinions on experiences that have been done in the past

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in meeting/event planning
  • High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred
