Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward/Prep Cook to join our team at WinShape Foundation. As a key member of our Food Service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain commercial and manual dishwashing equipment
  • Oversee the cleanliness of all Food Service dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
  • Assist with the unloading of food delivery trucks and storage of products
  • Perform limited food preparation and assist with inventory management
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen floors, dish and trash areas
Requirements
  • Able to carry and lift objects that weigh up to 50 pounds
  • Holds a valid driver's license and has an acceptable driving record
  • Works with a positive and cooperative attitude and is proactive, resourceful, and flexible
  • Committed to being present at appropriate times to work - up to 30 hours per week, weekdays and weekends
