Your Responsibilities:

As the Cannabis Retail Operations Leader, you will be pivotal in driving our store's performance. Your key duties will include:

  • Leading with Enthusiasm: Motivate and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Operational Management: Supervise daily operations, manage stock levels, and ensure adherence to state regulations.
  • Customer Interaction: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, assist customers in selecting the right products, and educate them about cannabis.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of budtenders who share your passion for the cannabis industry.
  • Creative Marketing: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, organize in-store events, and promote Groundworks Industries within the community.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior management experience in retail, ideally within the cannabis sector.
  • Passion: A sincere enthusiasm for cannabis and a desire to share your expertise with others.
