This is a contract role aimed at supporting the Engineering team in various projects related to product innovation, process enhancement, and equipment upgrades across manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include:

Product Innovation: Collaborate with the Engineering team to explore and implement equipment solutions for new product lines.

Process Enhancements: Execute manufacturing solutions identified by the Engineering team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production setting.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with practical engineering expertise.
  • Experience with the following processes is required:
  • Liquid Filling
  • Overwrapping
  • Rotary Converting
  • Flexible Packaging
  • Cartoning
  • Labeling/Banding

Preferred Skills:

  • PLC/Logic Programming
  • Basic Electrical Work
  • 3D Modeling and Printing (SolidWorks)

Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods within a cGMP environment is preferred, particularly in OTC and Medical Devices.
