About the Position

This role involves working under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care. You will assist patients and residents with their daily needs, report any changes in their condition, and participate in the care planning process.

Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
  • Reporting changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • Participating in the care planning process.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
