Provide Differentiated Instruction and Adapt Teaching StrategiesEmploy a range of instructional techniques and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and abilities.
Assess and Monitor Student ProgressRegularly assess student progress, document achievements, and identify areas for improvement to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Colleagues and ParentsWork closely with other teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure effective communication, coordination of services, and a unified approach to supporting students with special needs.

Qualifications- Master's Degree in Special Education
A master's degree in Special Education is preferred, but not required. A valid teaching certificate or credential in Special Education is essential.
Familiarity with IEPs and Assistive TechnologyExperience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the ability to develop and implement them effectively is crucial. Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment is also highly desirable.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
