We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional hospitality and create a warm welcome for potential residents and their families.
About the RoleAs a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, setting the tone for a positive experience. Your duties will include:
- Greeting and supporting potential residents and their families
- Managing internal and external calls, taking messages, and providing community information in support of marketing efforts
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Organizational record-keeping abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

We offer a competitive compensation package based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses. Estimated salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, retirement savings plans, employee assistance program/discount program, paid time off (PTO), sick time, holiday pay, daily pay, tuition reimbursement, and discretionary/non-discretionary bonuses.
