Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop automated robotic solutions
  • Source and select electrical components and software for projects
  • Develop electrical schematics and CAD models for equipment and panel builds
  • Design and implement HMI and PLC software
  • Integrate third-party software into standard HMI solutions
  • Conduct shop testing and debugging of as-built systems
  • Support customer acceptance and buy-off
  • Install and validate systems at customer facilities
Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship
  • U.S. DoD Security Clearance
  • B.S. degree in Automation and Systems Integration Engineering technology or related field
  • Experience with control systems and visualization software, particularly Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Software
  • Proficiency in 3D parametric CAD packages such as SolidWorks or PTC Creo
  • Project management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Experience with database design and implementation a plus
  • Experience or willingness to learn web-based development software a plus
