As a Memory Care Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing stimulating activities that cater to the needs and interests of our residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. You will work closely with our Experience Coordinators (Care Team) to ensure a personalized and fulfilling experience for each individual.

- To create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and engaged.
- To empower our team members to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing engaging activities that promote cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and physical well-being.
- Collaborate with Experience Coordinators to tailor activities to individual resident preferences and abilities.
- Utilize outdoor spaces to enhance the activity experience and encourage residents to connect with nature.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents during activities.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with older adults, particularly those living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
- Knowledge of dementia care principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
