Deburr Technician

We are seeking a skilled Deburr Technician to join our team at JD Machine Corporation. As a Deburr Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our machined and fabricated parts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Remove burrs and imperfections from machined parts using high-speed deburr motors and other specialized tools.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using a 10X microscope.
• Work with blueprints and work instructions to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of deburr experience.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a criminal background check.
• Eye for detail and ability to work with precision.
