Role Overview: A position within our Distribution and Receiving Centers places you at the forefront of delivering products to our guests efficiently—a vital aspect of our logistics operations. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Excellent reasoning, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven skills in team motivation and conflict management.
- Familiarity with policies and procedures and the ability to communicate them effectively.
- Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Word, O365).
