**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Steward. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform heavy cleaning of kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
* Wash dishes and pots, and ensure proper disposal of trash
* Transport dishes and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Follow proper procedures for operating, cleaning, and changing chemicals in the dishwashing machines
* Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for our guests and staff
**Requirements**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
