Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary, with estimated annual earnings ranging from $37,000 for RNs with less than 1 year of experience to $45,000 for those with 11-15 years of experience. LPNs can expect salaries between $33,000 for those with less than 1 year of experience and $36,000 for those with 11-15 years of experience.
In addition to base pay, we provide a NOC differential of $1.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities- Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and self-care
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely and effective interventions
- Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
