The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Nursing Department at LifeBridge Health. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans, utilizing established clinical pathways and collaborating with the care delivery team
- Provide and delegate patient care activities based on patient needs and team skills/abilities
- Evaluate patient response to treatment and revise care plans as needed
- Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Less than 2 years of experience on a telemetry unit
- Completion of coursework from an accredited nursing school
- Current certifications in ACLS, CPR, and NIHSS
