The Fellow CRM Architect leads the technical architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM platform within the MedTech ecosystem. This role is vital in defining and guiding the architecture to ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms, Supply Chain/ERP systems, digital surgery solutions, and connected devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and lead the technical architecture of the CRM platform, ensuring integration with broader enterprise systems and platforms.
- Provide mentorship to architects and technical leaders, ensuring that technical standards are met.
- Develop and promote architectural frameworks that prioritize security, scalability, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to align technical architecture with business goals, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Lead efforts to stay ahead of technological advancements in CRM, Azure, and Power Platform to ensure future readiness.
- 10 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on CRM systems required.
- Demonstrable experience in setting and guiding the strategic direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, integrating enterprise ecosystems required.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and its integration with Dynamics 365 required.
- Experience in integrating CRM systems with Supply Chain/ERP systems and enterprise data platforms, particularly in a MedTech context required.
- Confirmed leadership experience mentoring architects and driving alignment with enterprise-wide standards.
- Experience in leading large-scale CRM implementations, preferably in healthcare or MedTech, with certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range: $142,000 to $244,950.
