Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
